You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.THE STARTING RATE: $16.29 THE DAY-TO-DAY:Sort recycled materials on all the equipment including: bailers, bottle/plastic/metals recycler and conveyor lineSeparate cardboard and plastic from wasteInspect and sort materials into designated areas according to type, size, condition, color, or paper gradeSort various food sources in preparation for compostingPull contaminants out of paper and/or off the floorClean recycling area with sweeping, trash removal and general cleaningPromote and maintain the highest level of customer service to all guests while staying alert to their needsPerform other job-related duties as requestedTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE:Knowledgeable of operating baler machine, bottle recycling machine and conveyorAbility to perform basic math calculationsMust be able to work as a team and independently with little supervisionAble to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal formsAbility to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environmentExcellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detailEffective listening abilities with strong judgment skillsExcellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contactsMaintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standardsTHE PERKS & BENEFITS:Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentallyHealth & Income Protection Benefits (For eligible employees)Access to a variety of company Hotel, Food and Beverage, Retail, and Entertainment DiscountsFree meals in our employee dining roomFree parkingVarious programs and networking opportunities to help you get promotedVolunteer opportunities to give back to the communityOther various discounts with company partners such as travel, electronics, online shopping, and many more!Are you ready to JOIN THE SHOW?
