Job description
Performance Food Group is seeking a skilled Reefer Technician to service and repair refrigerated trailers and transport cooling systems that support our nationwide food distribution. In this on-site role, you will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure units operate safely within temperature standards for food safety. You’ll partner closely with fleet and warehouse teams, document all work, and follow strict safety procedures in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with opportunities for growth and ongoing skills training.
