Refrigeration Technician Albertville Plant I 3rd ShiftBachoco OK Foods offers competitive wages and benefits to include, but not limited to: $1/hour weekly attendance incentive, $1/hour night shift premium, outstanding benefits (401K, medical, dental, vision insurance & more), 6 paid holidays/year (after 90-days), paid vacation (after 90-, 180-, and 270-days), 2 personal days/year (after 90-days), health clinics.Position Summary:Operates and maintains the ammonia refrigeration systemRepairs and maintains spiral freezers, air units, boilers, compressors, CO2 system, air pressure, chilled water and plant temperaturesTroubleshoots inoperable or malfunctioning machinery and supporting equipment to detect root causeListens for unusual soundsFeels for unusual vibrationCommunicates with users regarding what was observed or smelledDismantles inoperable or malfunctioning machinery and supporting equipment, installs new or repaired parts and reassembles the machinery or supporting equipmentCleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears and other parts of the machinery and supporting equipment as part of the Preventative Maintenance ProgramRepairs and replaces gauges, valves, pressure regulators and related equipmentMonitors facility temperatures and makes adjustments as necessaryMust be able to attain and maintain required certification for the HAZMAT entry teamMust be able to attain and maintain a boiler license and complete document OSHA checks of internal boilersOther duties as assignedThis is a safety sensitive position.
