Job description
Reser’s Fine Foods, Inc. seeks a Refrigeration Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial refrigeration and HVAC systems in a high-volume food manufacturing facility. You will perform preventive maintenance on compressors, condensers, evaporators, and controls, respond quickly to equipment alarms and breakdowns, and help ensure safe, efficient operation that protects product quality. Working in a fast-paced, safety-focused, team environment, you’ll follow strict GMP and ammonia-handling procedures while supporting continuous improvement and plant reliability.
