Job DetailsPhysical Requirements:Able to work long hours if required, including weekendsAble to lift 50 pounds and work in tight spacesMust pass a physical, pulmonary test, respirator fit test and meet the requirements for Hazmat team on an annual basisSkills and Knowledge:Have or obtain RETA 1 certificate within 1 year of hire dateMaryland Stationary Engineers license is a plus.
