Our 100+ year legacy is built on a single mission: driving long-term success for the businesses and communities we serve.Why You Will Love Working HereTop Compensation: $20.00 - $54.00/hourFinancial & Peace of Mind: Medical, dental, and life insurance, flexible spending account, and a 401(k) plan with company match.Growth & Training: Paid factory training, certification reimbursements, and a strict policy of promoting from within.Work Environment: Modern, clean, bright, and well-heated shop with flexible scheduling and generous PTO.Perks: Uniform & boot program, plus employee referral bonuses.Primary Responsibilities:Perform preventive maintenance & service inspections on a variety of transport refrigeration units (TRU) & auxiliary power units (APU)Perform diagnostic, repair work on mobile refrigeration equipment, auxiliary power units & heater equipmentFollow established technical & administrative processesComplete repair orders & parts usage formsCommunicate effectively with supervisor, team members & customersRemain current on technical & regulation requirementsPerform road service calls as requiredPosition Requirements:Experience in the field of refrigeration/HVAC equipment installation and/or repairSkills to sufficiently install, diagnose and repair refrigeration equipmentDemonstrate technical knowledge of refrigeration systems, components, materials, methods & equipment to perform, prioritize and complete job assignmentsOwn & maintain the proper hand tools to perform job functionsHigh school diploma or equivalent, technical trade school a plusProficient with computer operation/usageValid driver's licenseTo have or be willing to earn EPA 608/609 refrigeration certifications is a big plus!Questions?
