Refrigeration Territory Manager Up to 80% Travel
Contract to Hire
Major Hub Locations: Chicago, Phoenix, Los Angeles, Denver, Boston, New York, Nashville, Bellevue, Arlington
Key Job Responsibilities Include, but are Not Limited To:
You will be able to travel domestically up to 80%, providing regional technical support and expertise for commercial CO2 refrigeration systems across assigned geography and ensuring optimal performance and compliance with food safety standards.
You will lead and execute refrigeration system audits, maintenance quality assessments, and reliability improvement initiatives across multiple facilities within the region.
You will develop and implement standardized refrigeration maintenance procedures, troubleshooting protocols, and best practices to drive consistency and efficiency across all assigned sites.
You will partner with site leadership, maintenance teams, central engineering groups, and vendor management to identify opportunities for equipment standardization, cost optimization, and performance enhancement.
You will be able to travel up to 80% and provide escalation support and mentorship to local maintenance teams and operations personnel on refrigeration system operations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance strategies.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) Full Time Exempt experience
5+ years of maintenance or engineering experience
5+ years of refrigeration industry experience
Work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of commercial CO2 refrigeration applications experience
Experience with Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques
Experience communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience
Refrigeration Trade School certificate
Experience implementing Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs for commercial refrigeration systems
