Job description
M/I Homes, Inc. is seeking a Region Marketing Director to lead regional marketing strategy and performance across multiple divisions. The role focuses on increasing walk-in traffic, inbound calls, and new lead growth, aligning budgets, and setting standards in community marketing efforts.
You will partner with cross-functional teams to diagnose gaps, share best practices, and coach field marketing teams on effective processes and procedures. Travel across divisions is required.
