Step Forward ABA is seeking a Regional Clinical Director to lead clinical teams across a defined region and ensure the highest standards of care. You will mentor BCBAs/BCaBAs, oversee treatment plan development, and collaborate with operations to align services with client needs and organizational goals.
The role requires BCBA certification, a master’s degree, and 3+ years in the field with supervisory experience.
