Job description
Zenith Insurance Company seeks a Regional Sales Leader to manage the distribution force for an assigned territory and drive profitable growth. You will train agents on Zenith's market, underwriting appetite, and services, while developing and maintaining strong agency relationships across the region.
You will collaborate with underwriting and other departments to optimize submissions, promote Zenith’s programs, and lead a pipeline of opportunities with agents and policyholders.
