Job description
ChenMed in Pearland, TX seeks a Regional Manager, Ambulatory Pharmacist to lead ambulatory pharmacy programs across multistate regions. You will supervise pharmacists, oversee CMS Star Ratings and HEDIS metrics, coordinate with physicians, payers and care teams, and ensure safe, effective, cost-conscious medication management under a collaborative practice agreement.
Expect travel up to 50% and a cadence of 3 weeks direct care, 1 week travel.
