Job description
Southeast Primary Care Partners in Georgia seeks a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join a collaborative team spanning Stockbridge, McDonough and Fayetteville. The APP will manage chronic and acute conditions, order labs and imaging, and work with primary care physicians and specialists.
