Job description
Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking a Regional Director, Asset Protection to identify, mitigate, and manage enterprise risk and shrink across ELG department stores in the south region. Based in the south, this hybrid role leads protection strategies, investigations, and shortage reduction while partnering with regional and store leadership.
The candidate will drive safety, compliance, and operational excellence, supervise remote teams, and collaborate with law enforcement.
