Job description
Ulta Beauty is seeking an Area Asset Protection Manager to drive shrink mitigation across multiple districts. This role designs and implements asset protection programs, leveraging analytics and audits to protect inventory and assets while upholding company policies.
You will lead investigations, partner with stores, HR, supply chain, and law enforcement, and coach store leadership on shrink reduction, safety and compliance. Travel up to 50% is required.
