Job description
ADESA, a Carvana owned company, seeks a Regional Auction Associate Director to lead a group of General Managers across multiple auction sites. You will drive operational excellence, strategic alignment, and performance across regions with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
You will travel extensively (up to 75%), partner with senior leaders, and mentor senior managers to achieve growth and transformation objectives.
