Job description
AmeriCU is seeking a Regional Director (AVP) to lead the CNY West Region, overseeing multiple Financial Centers, driving sales growth, member relationships, and high-performing teams across Auburn, Camillus, Cortland, Fulton, Liverpool, and Onondaga Hill.
This onsite role offers hybrid options and a salary range of $111,310 to $139,137 per year, with bonus eligibility. You will shape strategy, coach leaders, and strengthen community partnerships to deliver outstanding member experiences.
