Job description
Gentiva is seeking an Area Vice President of Business Development to lead high-performing sales teams, drive new market growth across Louisiana, Arkansas, and East Texas, and strengthen referral networks in healthcare. You will recruit, coach, and deploy market-specific strategies, collaborate with clinical leaders to align sales with patient care goals, and report on KPIs and territory performance.
