Job description
Proud-Moments is seeking a Clinical Lead to support Southeast VA clinics including Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, and Newport News. The role develops and implements clinical programs, supervises BCBAs, mentors fieldwork students, and ensures high-quality, evidence-based ABA treatment with strong patient outcomes.
You will collaborate with the Regional Clinical Director and admin team to train staff, oversee onboarding, and deliver crisis prevention training.
