Job description
Spectrum Center Schools and Programs seeks a Regional Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to provide clinical leadership across multiple special-education school sites. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans, and collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and families to support K–12 students with autism and emotional/behavioral challenges. Responsibilities include staff coaching and training, data-driven progress monitoring, crisis response support, and ensuring best-practice, ethical implementation of ABA services aligned with IEP goals. This role offers small, specialized settings, strong multidisciplinary collaboration, and ongoing professional development within a mission-driven, student-centered organization.
