Job description
Role: Regional Business Director leading the US Hematology sales team for Genmab’s oncology portfolio, focused on developing and executing regional sales strategies to meet/exceed targets.
Responsibilities
recruit, develop, and coach Oncology Account Managers;
implement customer-specific, value-based selling;
establish relationships with key opinion leaders and alliance partners;
analyze regional business environments;
ensure team compliance and performance;
and foster a high-performance sales culture.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree;
8+ years pharma/biotech sales experience with at least 3 years in oncology leadership;
hematology experience preferred;
proven success in launching oncology products;
strong coaching, strategic planning, and compliance skills.
