Statewide Windows & Doors is seeking a Regional Canvassing Director to hire, train, and grow a large, high-performing door-to-door canvassing team. This full-time leadership role features base salary, commission, and team overrides with strong earning potential—NO SELLING.
You will oversee canvassing operations across multiple regional areas, coach managers, and drive performance while modeling field leadership. Must have proven canvassing management experience in home improvement to qualify.
