Job description
LUV Car Wash is seeking a District Manager in Santa Rosa, CA to lead performance across multiple sites. You will develop the store management teams, drive financial results, and ensure smooth daily operations under the Regional Director of Operations.
Responsibilities include analyzing budgets, coaching GMs, improving brand awareness in the market, and ensuring compliance with laws and company policies. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years DM experience are required.
