Ryder is Now Hiring Regional CDL-A Truck Drivers in Harrisonburg, VAAverage $1,787+ per Week - Comprehensive Benefits$3,000 Sign-On Bonus & $3,500 Loyalty Bonus/n
Pay, Home Time & More:/n
/n
- Average $1,787+ per week
/n
- Solo Miles Pay: 76 CPM with 1,800 - 2,100 miles per week
/n
- Solo Stops Pay: $17.50 per stop with 4 - 8 stops per week
/n
- Per Diem Pay: $50 per night with 4 - 5 nights per week
/n
- Sign-On Bonus: $3,000, pays you $1,500 at 30 days and $1,500 at 90 days
/n
- Loyalty Bonus: $3,500 pays you $1,750 at 6 months and $1,750 at 1 year
/n
- Route: Regional, out 4-5 nights per week
/n
- Medical, Dental & Vision after 30 days
/n
- 80 hours PTO your first year, starting Day 1 (use it or get paid for it)

/n
Schedule, Freight & Equipment:/n
/n
- Schedule: 7-day-a-week operation with 2 consecutive days off
/n
- Start time: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
/n
- Deliver solo to: 48 States
/n
- Tractor Type: Sleeper
/n
- Trailer Type: Reefer 53'
/n
- Freight: No-touch - chicken
/n
/n

Requirements:/n
/n
- Valid CDL-A
/n
- 9 months of experience within the past 3 years
/n
- Minimum 21 years of age
/n
- Pass a Ryder Drug Test
/n
- Pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
/n
- Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test
/n
