Job description
KidStrong is seeking a field-first leader to manage 3–5 centers in Central Florida. You will drive operations, sales growth, staff development, and hands-on coaching while maintaining safety and brand standards. Must travel regionally, be on-site 3 days/week, and lead teams across Orlando and Tampa Bay.
Base salary ranges $70,000–$80,000 with performance bonuses and full training, PTO, and discounts. This role offers real career growth as the region expands.
