Job description
European Wax Center is seeking a District Manager to lead corporate centers across Nebraska, Kansas, and Missouri. You will drive top- and bottom-line results, oversee staffing, scheduling, and local marketing, and ensure brand standards and guest experiences meet EWC's benchmark.
In this field-based role, you will coach Center Managers, develop high-performing teams, manage budgets and P&L, and travel regularly to centers to ensure operational excellence and consistency across locations.
