Job description
KIPP Capital Region Public Charter Schools seeks a Chief Schools Officer (CSO) to be the senior leader accountable for school-level results across seven schools in the Capital Region. The CSO will supervise the Schools Team, ensure alignment of systems, accountability, and rigorous evaluation of initiatives to drive student achievement.
Responsibilities include supervising Managing Directors of Schools, diagnosing performance, implementing improvement plans, and reporting to the Board.
