Job description
KIPP Capital Region seeks a Chief Schools Officer to lead the Schools Team across seven schools in the Capital Region, aligning academic and operational systems with the CAO and CEO. The role drives student achievement and ensures accountability through rigorous evaluation and data‑driven decision‑making.
The CSO will lead principal development, monitor regional initiatives, and uphold KIPP’s commitments to equity, anti‑racism, and high expectations for all students.
