Job description
YMCA of Kingston and Ulster County seeks a dynamic Regional Childcare Director to provide strategic leadership, oversight of licensed childcare programs, and ensure NY OCFS licensing compliance. You will lead Childcare Directors and coordinators, manage budgets, enrollments, and staff development.
Travel between YMCA locations is expected; strong communication, financial acumen, and multi-site operations experience are required to sustain high-quality early learning and youth development
