CLASS A CDL REGIONAL TRUCK DRIVER — $1,400+ WEEKLY
30% OF LINE HAUL OR $1,400 PER WEEK—WHICHEVER IS GREATER
XLT is hiring experienced Class A CDL independent contractor drivers for regional freight. Enjoy strong earning potential, consistent work, and home every weekend.
PAY
You receive whichever is greater:
* 30% of line haul
* $1,400 per week
HOME EVERY WEEKEND
* Regional routes
* Consistent freight
* Home every weekend
* Professional dispatch support
* $1,400 weekly minimum
* 1099 independent contractor position
DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
* Valid Class A CDL
* At least 1 year of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience
* Safe driving record
* Reliable and dependable work ethic
* Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening
* Professional attitude
* Strong commitment to safety and customer service
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Safely operate a tractor-trailer on regional routes
* Pick up and deliver freight on schedule
* Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
* Maintain accurate logs and required documentation
* Communicate with dispatch about loads, delays, and deliveries
* Follow all DOT and company safety requirements
1099 INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
This is a 1099 independent contractor position, not a W-2 employee position.
Drivers are responsible for their own applicable taxes and expenses associated with operating as independent contractors.
