Job description
Richemont North America, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director of Client Engagement to drive one-to-one clienteling and loyalty programs for Cartier in the New York market.
You will lead boutique teams, partner with cross-functional partners, and recruit high net-worth clients through exceptional in-store experiences. You will coach field teams, implement clienteling tools, and develop monthly insights to optimize ROI across the region.
