Job description
H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices and ensure a consistent, high‑quality client experience across locations.
You will set expectations for consultative service, operational execution, and team performance while leading Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals. You’ll own office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and day‑to‑day operations, coaching teams to meet business goals and deliver strong client outcomes.
