Job description
H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 offices and ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations. You’ll set expectations for consultative service, operational execution, and team performance to drive business results.
You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, travel between offices, and balance hands-on leadership with strategic oversight to maintain readiness, compliance, and a welcoming client
