Job description
H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to guide 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a premier client experience and consistent operations across locations. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals while aligning staffing, facilities, and day-to-day execution to drive results.
You’ll own office readiness, staff development, and performance, traveling between offices to maintain in-person leadership and deliver business outcomes.
