Job description
H&R Block, Inc. seeks a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices, driving a consistent consultative client experience and high performance. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and ensure staffing, facilities, and compliance across offices.
You’ll balance strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership, travel frequently to maintain in‑person presence, and focus on revenue, growth, and client satisfaction.
