H&R Block, Inc. is seeking an Area Experience Leader to supervise 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent consultative client experience and high operational readiness. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, align priorities, and drive performance across locations.
The role requires strong leadership, client-centric focus, and the ability to travel between offices to maintain in-person presence. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is expected.
