H&R Block seeks an Area Experience Leader to manage a portfolio of 4-6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, align priorities, and deliver strong business results across locations.
As a hands-on, strategic leader, you’ll own office readiness, staffing, compliance, and daily operations while driving revenue growth and client satisfaction across the region.
