Job description
H&R Block in the United States seeks a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices, delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience and strong operations. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategy with hands-on leadership, and drive revenue and client outcomes.
You’ll own staffing, facilities, compliance, and daily operations across locations and travel regularly to maintain in‑person leadership across the offices.
