Job description
MainStreet Family Care seeks a Regional Manager to lead four urgent care clinics in the Charlotte metro region. You will oversee operations, staff performance, scheduling, inventory, and patient experience, traveling regularly among clinics to ensure top-tier service and policy adherence.
The ideal candidate has RN or CRNP/PA credentials with leadership experience or a Master’s in healthcare administration, and a proven ability to manage multi-site operations with energy and strategic focus.
