Job description
MainStreet Family Care is seeking a Regional Manager for the Foothills Region to lead five busy urgent care clinics across Cherryville, Shelby, Forest City and Gastonia's area, ensuring smooth operations and patient care.
You will supervise staff, coordinate schedules, manage inventory and budgets, drive culture and accountability, and travel frequently to clinics, delivering hands-on leadership and rapid problem solving.
