Job description
National Vision Inc. seeks a Regional Clinical Director - EGW to lead clinical operations across the region. You will partner with Clinical Team Leads and Doctors of Optometry to uphold high standards of patient care, compliance, and best practices while driving capacity planning and growth opportunities.
You will mentor and develop Clinical Team Leads, implement doctor coverage strategies, and support onboarding and training programs to ensure clinical excellence and operational success.
