Ready to take your clinical leadership beyond one community? Cardinal Senior Living is looking for a Regional Clinical Director to strengthen clinical performance across our Pennsylvania communities.
This is a hands-on, field-based leadership role for an experienced LPN or RN who knows senior living, develops strong clinical leaders, sees problems before they become bigger problems, and enjoys turning inconsistent practices into strong, repeatable systems.
You'll partner closely with our Directors of Wellness, Executive Directors, and Regional Director of Operations to improve resident care, strengthen clinical execution, develop leaders, and reduce risk across the region.
You'll probably love this role if you like to:

What You'll Own
You'll serve as the clinical subject matter expert for Cardinal's Pennsylvania region, with responsibility for strengthening areas including:
Resident assessments and care planning
Medication management
Clinical documentation and PointClickCare
Changes in condition and incident management
Admissions, discharges, and hospital transitions
Infection prevention and regulatory compliance
