Arizona Arthritis & Rheumatology Associates, P.C. is seeking a Regional Research Manager to lead clinical research staff across multiple sites.
The role entails direct supervision, training, and routine site visits to ensure adherence to protocols, budgets, and data quality while coordinating with physicians, sponsors, and vendors. You will oversee onboarding, implement CTMS workflows, monitor regulatory compliance, and drive enrollment goals.
