Job description
Boston Scientific is seeking a Clinical Specialist Manager for Sacral Neuromodulation in the Rocky Mountain Region, covering AZ, CO, NM, NV, UT. This field-based leadership role oversees clinical development and coaches the regional clinical team to improve efficiency and productivity.
You will collaborate with the Regional Executive, recruit top clinical candidates, align goals with sales strategy, and ensure objectives are met, spending at least 60% in the field with the team.
