Job description
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Director to lead Cloud Hardware Support across North America. You will shape the operating model, align Build & Deployment, and guide hardware maintenance and break-fix across our cloud footprint.
The role requires building high-performing teams, standardizing processes across countries, and driving continuous improvement through automation and AI. You will partner with regional leaders to scale operations and deliver exceptional service.
