Stryker in Minnesota seeks a Regional Manager to lead a field-based team supporting craniofacial, maxillofacial, and reconstructive products. You will coach sales reps, recruit and onboard talent, and develop regional business plans while collaborating with marketing, finance, operations, and customer support to drive growth.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years outside sales, with a preference for a Master’s in a related field.
