Novelis is seeking a Regional CoE Lead - Progressive Quality to drive regional deployment of Progressive Quality standards across a multi-site manufacturing network in the United States. You will lead governance, coaching, and optimization efforts to improve process stability and reduce defects.
The role requires a strong track record in manufacturing excellence, data-driven decision making, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
