Job description
Syneos Health is seeking a Regional Business Director to lead a high-performing team focused on launching and commercializing our portfolio across oncology, rheumatology, and immunology areas. You will drive access, adoption, and growth through community-focused networks and infusion centers within a defined geography.
The role requires 7+ years in pharma/life sciences sales with 3–5 years of leadership, strong strategic and financial acumen, and the ability to travel ~80%.
