Job description
Syneos Health is seeking a Regional Business Director to lead a high-performing team of Key Account Managers and Associate Account Managers across a defined geography. You will drive access, adoption, and growth for oncology, rheumatology, and immunology portfolios, and coordinate with market access and commercial leadership to execute regional plans.
The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and extensive travel (approx. 80%).
