Job description
Syneos Health is seeking a Regional Business Director in Dallas to lead Key Account Managers and Associate Account Managers across a defined geography, driving launch and commercialization strategies for oncology, rheumatology, and immunology portfolios.
You will recruit and coach a high-performing team, develop short- and long-term business plans, and collaborate with market access, marketing and medical affairs to accelerate product access and growth in community-based networks.
