Job description
Alpha is hiring for a Director of Membership and Engagement to own the regional growth engine in the US. You will design and run a calendar of gatherings, secure venues, recruit parent ambassadors, and build relationships with officials and business leaders to open doors for students.
This on-site role requires evenings/weekends, deep local networks in one of the listed regions, and the ability to log every interaction in the CRM to measure impact.
